Open Communication: Talk about the problem in an open and honest way. Talk about your thoughts, your worries, and any possible causes of ED. This might help both people get to know each other better.

Get Professional Help: Tell your partner that they should talk to a doctor or nurse. ED can be caused by mental or physical issues, and a doctor can help you figure out the best way to treat it.

Explore Other Forms of Intimacy: Don't just focus on penetrative sex when you want to be close to someone. This can include kissing, touching, and exploring each other sensually, all of which can help keep the link going.

Stress and nervousness can make ED worse, so try to relax. As an example, you could suggest that your partner do deep breathing, meditation, or exercise to help them relax.

Try New Sexual Activities: Don't limit your sexual pleasure to standard sex; be willing to try new things that might make you feel better. If you want to keep your sexual relationship enjoyable, try doing new things together.

Think about going to couples therapy. If ED is making the relationship harder because of how it makes you feel, counseling can help. A therapist can help both people deal with the problems and talk to each other better.
